- 2The merchant may provide a bank account number and instructions (or integrated bank transfer flow).
- 3You log into your netbanking or banking app and transfer the amount to that account, quoting the transaction reference or order ID.
- 4Once the merchant sees the funds, they confirm your order.
- 5You get confirmation of payment received.
Terms & Conditions
- •Use only the provided bank details to avoid errors.
- •Processing time depends on your chosen method (IMPS – instant; NEFT/RTGS – as per bank timings).
- •Transfers must match the invoice amount exactly.
- •Proof of payment (screenshot or UTR number) may be required for verification.
- •Refunds are sent to the same bank account used for the transfer.
