Now SAP has embedded its AI assistant Joule into warehouse processes. In the outbound process, warehouse staff and dispatchers can ask natural language questions about the status of outbound deliveries, identify bottlenecks and start next steps. Joule also helps users find EWM documentation and the right Fiori apps, lowering training effort for new employees, SAP says.

‘Migration story has been changed. On-premise customers have reached the end of the compatibility scope for classic WM in S/4HANA, while RISE with SAP customers have a longer window.
